Independently planned and developed a complete government platform for transactions, correspondence, document management, and digital archiving across multi-department institutions. The system supported configurable workflows, department-level tracking, document upload and archival, role- and organization-based permissions, full traceable action histories, and multi-stage reviews and approvals.

Built an API platform that enables controlled external access to government statistical datasets—supporting official publishing, system integration, and reuse under clear access rules.

Developed financial management and fund-flow tracking for a government finance organization, replacing fragmented spreadsheets with clearer monitoring, internal controls, and management reporting.

Designed the user experience and interfaces for a healthcare platform used to register, organize, and manage physicians’ professional career paths—turning complex administrative processes into clear digital workflows.
