Sovereign Enterprise Communication Platform
HirzHub
HirzHub is a private enterprise communication platform designed for companies, government-related organizations, and regulated institutions that require data sovereignty, private hosting, centralized administration, and control over communication infrastructure.
As Technical Project Lead and Lead Software Architect, I define the product’s technical scope, platform architecture, engineering foundations, security direction, and delivery roadmap.
I lead a multidisciplinary team of eight professionals and contribute directly to foundational development across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Defined the platform architecture and major system boundaries.
- Adopted a decentralized standard as the underlying communication protocol.
- Planned private-cloud, dedicated, and on-premise deployment models.
- Defined security, encryption, access-control, device, and session requirements.
- Established the development foundations for web, native mobile, administration, storage, and infrastructure.
- Led technical delivery across Python, Nuxt.js, Kotlin, Swift, Laravel, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO, and AWS.
