Government Financial Management Platform
I was selected as the sole software engineer and technical owner for a government financial platform delivered through an intermediary working with USAID.
USAID provided financial and technical support, while the platform was developed in coordination with government financial stakeholders.
The system replaced fragmented Excel-based processes with a centralized platform for monthly budgets, reviews, approvals, auditing, permissions, and reporting.
