Antagia Tabiaa For Trading

Order Management System

  • Antagia Tabiaa For Trading
  • Commerce operations
  • Saudi Arabia

Overview

The Order Management System is an internal order management, auditing, and operational platform built above multiple Shopify stores for Antagia Tabiaa For Trading (إنتاجية الطبيعة), a Saudi cosmetics company.

I designed and developed the platform’s architecture, interfaces, databases, APIs, Cron jobs, automation, and integrations with warehouses, shipping companies, and third-party providers.

The project began as an independent engagement in 2019 and transitioned into a company-to-company technology partnership through Quanizon in 2024. Engagement concluded in June 2026.

The Challenge

  • Multiple Shopify stores needed a unified internal platform for order management, auditing, warehouse and shipping integrations, and high daily order volume.

  • Design and develop architecture, interfaces, databases, APIs, Cron jobs, automation, and integrations with warehouses, shipping companies, and third-party providers — evolving from independent delivery (2019) to a Quanizon company partnership (2024).

My Role

Architect and developer — independent engagement, later Quanizon partnership

Key Decisions

  • 01

Build above multiple Shopify stores rather than replacing storefronts.

  • 02

Automate operational workflows with Cron jobs and third-party integrations.

  • 03

Transition long-term ownership into a company-to-company partnership through Quanizon.
