Overview

HirzHub is a private enterprise communication platform designed for companies, government-related organizations, and regulated institutions that require data sovereignty, private hosting, centralized administration, and control over communication infrastructure.

As Technical Project Lead and Lead Software Architect, I define the product’s technical scope, platform architecture, engineering foundations, security direction, and delivery roadmap.

I lead a multidisciplinary team of eight professionals and contribute directly to foundational development across the platform.

The Challenge

Regulated institutions needed private, sovereign communication infrastructure with centralized administration — without relying on public consumer messaging platforms.
Define product scope, platform architecture, security direction, and delivery roadmap for a private enterprise communication platform with private-cloud, dedicated, and on-premise deployment models.
